You have fishing docks surrounding the property so you can catch your own dinner and cook it on your private balcony. You can also bring your own boat and rent a slip from the marina. Short drive to the beach, Wharf, & famous Flora-Bama.
Starter supply of dish pods, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels & coffee are provided. The bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, blow dryer and starter supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
