Located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short distance away from public beach access. This large two-bedroom, two-bath personal family unit, overlooks the condominium pool and East Beach Boulevard. The condo has a partial gulf view.

The condo is nicely decorated and recently updated with granite countertops. There is a 50-inch HD flat screen on the wall in the living room and a flat screen HD TV in each bedroom. Cable TV. The condominium has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and new ceramic tile. The condo is very nicely furnished, clean, and well maintained. Our condominium home-away-from-home is 1000 square feet of very clean comfortable living space. Sleeps 8.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
