This recently updated Gulf Shores condo is centrally located for an action-packed beach vacation for families and friends. This ground floor condo offers a community pool and hot tub to relax and enjoy, or sit on the back patio and watch the ducks on the pond. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental is ideally located five miles from the beach, and a short drive to golf, shopping, and many popular hotspots. ACROSS THE STREET FROM SPORTSPLEX AND OWA. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Underage guests will be forced to leave no refund.

Master has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a queen, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.

This condo is on ground level with no steps. Yellow bands must be worn by guests in the pool and fitness areas.

Golf is next door to the south, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is next door to the north, and the Gulf Shores Sports Complex is across the street.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Underage guests will be forced to leave immediately with no refund. NO PETS. Guest who bring pets will be evicted immediately with no refund. Monthly rates are available with a discount upon request.

Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out at 10:00 am. Keyless entry is available for easy access. The entry door is equipped with a ring door camera.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
